Bad Service Twice in One Week

Went to the store on 21 November looking for a rug - there were three guys busy with the floor setting, they see me coming on, yet they stand in such a way I can't pass through, after I say excuse me, the one moved out of the way with no apology. I get to the rugs where no one's willing to help, there's also rugs lying all over the floor which my foot got stuck in, almost falling. After waiting for a while, I finally get someone's attention to help me. On 24 November I go again to the store, rugs are still lying all over floor. Again no one's willing to help, I eventually get help. I asked the guy if he can bring me a rug from storage wrapped in plastic because mats on the floor are full of dust and my son has allergies, without checking he says there's nothing at the back. So I asked him to find me a mat that's the least dusty, he laughed as if I was being ridiculous. Then his helping me, another young lady comes along and he wants to leave what his doing to assist her. Not impressed, don't think I'll go there again.
