BAD SERVICE MR PRICE HOME
I've ordered 2 couches online. Due to personal reasons I canceled the order and asked for my refund. After 8 emails I still have to receive my refund. They don't answer your emails . You literally have to stalk them to answer. Apparently they have to wait until the couches are delivered to one of their shops before they refund me. Another problem THEY have is that they don't know which shop!!!!! It's not my problem. I just wanted my refund. Mr price is a joke.
