Bad service Mr price home credit department

<p>I made an online order from Mr price home on the 19th of Jly 2017 which amounted to R769.96 but some of the product were out of stock, and a refund was due to for R519, however mr proce debitede my account with R519 instead of R250. it was aterrible back and forth experience with the credit divison for the refund to be actioned. On the 4th of August they credited my account with R519. 98 and debited my account again with R769.96. I demand a refund for R519.98 to be urgently actioned and the experience is really draining, and the customer help line is also unresponsive. Urgent response is needed please.</p>
