Bad service from Mr Price Home

I logged a complaint with Mr Price Home on the 12 of March 2021, after I had learned that a ********** account was opened with them. The person who opened the ********** account used my personal details. To this end I am not getting any joy from Mr Price Home. I have sent them countless emails and WhatsApp, they will respond to you after a month and still you don’t get a positive response when ever they decided to respond to you. My name is now reflecting negatively at credit bureau. Their call center is useless you will hold for over 30 minutes and still your problem won’t be resolved. ???????
