Bad service from Mr Price Home

After emailing Mr Price customer care, they agreed to pick up my couch the next day and issue me with a voucher. It's been 2 weeks and no one has come to pick up my couch, I even tried emailing the consultant(Nhlakanipho) who helped me via email, but she/he just doesn't respond to my emails. I have tried calling Mr Price customer care many times on ***but the number just says "Busy".
