Bad service from Mahlatshe

Bad customer service from lady by the name of Mahlatshe at Mr Price home in Mall of Africa. My wife is pregnant and is due for delivery this weekend, we asked for a gown and they said they didn't have only to find the gown was in stock room. Got the gown, and when it was time to pay at the till point she made us wait for about 15 minutes without even informing us wht happening. We waited and waited only to be told after 30 minutes that the gown wasn't scanning on system.. While we were waiting they were busy looking at us whispering with her colleagues.. We ended up leaving the store without buying! Very poor service I'm not gonna go back to that store again
