Bad service for a simple request- a new card

I went in yesterday to Mr price clothing, waited in the long queue to get assisted, I lost my card, and want a new card, when I got to the teller, she told me to go to the end of the tills, where the gentlemen was assisting with cell phones, I waited in that queue for half an hour, and he was one person assisting people with queries and phones, I then tried going to Mr Price home, to get assistance, when I got there, the line was quick but the service was just as bad, the lady who went to go and get the card, took another 15 minutes to go and get a card, then came back, then told me another lady had to go and get a card, when she just told me she went to go and get a card, then another lady took her own time strolling to go get a card, then they had to call customer service for approval, knowone picked up at customer service, I was waiting for another half an hour, and they told me knowone is answering at customer service and they cant give me a new card, why can your store manager not give approval for a new card, eventually after wasting a whole hour of my time, waiting I left the store, very bad service and a waste of my time,
