BAD SERVICE

I went for a collection done by Mr price Home because they did not have stock, this advise came from them. Come the day for collection they work things backwards get me to sign for that collection then when I opened to check if everything is fine i discover one item broken. Instead of them replacing with a new order I’m summoned to take what i have signed for because to another store where there’s is stock “it is no longer in their hand. When did I now apply to become their courier, I’m not paid to carry their things from one store to another. All they could do was to give me a voucher not something that can break on my way to another store to do what they should do I don’t remember breaking anything WHY AM I BEING SENT AROUND? I told them I will come back for the voucher I’m not in the courier business😡
