Bad service

I went to Mr Price home Kolonade mall bought a couple of things one box was heavy could could not carry all those things by hand to the car asked the ladies at the store to borrow me a trolley they said they can't borrow me the store trolley, nd they were short staffed no one could help carry all those things to the car. So they told me to go to the parking lot to get a trolley for my things I did not want to argue with them went out left the things I had bought in the store to get a trolley for myself. Got the trolley then went back to the store to get my things. Now as I get home to take out the my stemless wine glasses I see now there are 3 in the box 1 is missing. How disappointed I am.
