Bad service ever

Oh my God what a terrible experience, I'm having with Mr Price home online. Guys never ever buy from Mr price home online or rather stop buying from their stores as well. I ordered on the 19th and I had to cancel because they didn't explain how the store payment and collection works. And then I ordered again and paid online, I was told 2-5 working days. Till today I didn't receive delivery. Worst part is when you contact them via WhatsApp channel, they don't help and tell you contact telephonically their customer care and when you speak to them, they rude and just bad mouth you. Please never ever buy from them. You will have worst ever online shopping experience in your life. I ordered from Shein 2 days before Mr price and order was coming from overseas but it is here. I think Mr price must close their business, not worth it.
