Bad Service

Experienced very bad service at the Mr Price Home Secunda yesterday 17/09/2023. Firstly when we went to the store around 2.45pm we were told by the lady at the towel department it was almost her closing time. Secondly we bought 3 bath sheets at R299.99 today when I checked my slip I found that I was charged R329.99 for the 2 towels.The cashier did not inform me there was a price difference. I called the call center to complain an was told they do not have a complaints dept I need to send am email. This is terrible service.I am questioning how many customers that did not check their slips were actually over charged. Company needs to be mindful that not all off have emails so telling me that complaints will be attend to.I am only asking
