Bad service

Had a very bad service at Mr price home, mall of the south, it was the 31st October (month end) only two people were operating the tills, we patiently waited to pay, right when I was supposed to proceed to the cashier she jumped and left the till unattended to go and assist another customer who already climbed up the latter to pull the rag(carpet) that he was looking for because the was no available staff to assist that customer, I waited still when this cashier by the name nompumelelo was now up on the ladder while she is up there she is screaming a cross the floor for another male staff member to come assist her which I feel that is what she should have done in the first place seeing that the paying queue was so long. Nonetheless what irratated me the most was the language she was using telling the male staff member that she can not climb up upon cause she going to tear her bum(using Zulu language indunu) and she continued saying where will she get her ***** (still in Zulu) those words sounds so disgusting you can't be using such language in front of customers. On my way out after I have finally paid for my things 4 ladies were just standing and chatting by the entrance door when they should have filled the gaps and assisted customers.
