Bad service attitude and failure to produce customer service.

I would like to order 3 MAUI BAR STOOLS (SKU ***) from Mr. Price Home. I phoned the Customer Care number on Tuesday, 29 Sept'20 and they informed me that CLAREMONT (Cape Town) have 6 bar stools in stock.

Customer Care advise that I contact Ilanga Mall (Nelspruit/Mbombela) and request that Ilanga branch order the 3 x Maui bar stools from Claremont branch.

I received **EXCELLENT EXCELLENT** service from Semakie Mlomdo at Ilanga. She literally went out of her way to assist me. Unfortunately, she/we received the WORST service yet from Chantel in Claremont, who had lots of excuses NOT to send the 3 x bar stools.

I FIND THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE - that 1 store can go out of there way and another store refuse to help. PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY.
