Bad service at Mr Price Home

I would like to lodge a complaint about Mr Price Home William Moffet in Port Elizabeth. I bought some items in August from this shop in August which i returned within the same month. I was told my refund will reflect in my account within three days. Three days passed i went to inform them that i have not received my refund, they said i must give it seven days. Seven days turned to ten days. Eventually they ran out of excusses and started to investigate the matter with the head office they said. The staff seemed very *********** as I now understand that something went wrong during the transaction. Today is the 15th day since i returned the items I still have have not received my refund.
