Bad service and waiting for an out for a laybye

The service at Mr price is very bad. When you aks for your laybye the stuff start complaining and moaning about who's going to check it for you and next thing they make you wait for 1 danm hour. I mean I don't understand why they make you wait for so long. At ackermans they don't make you wait for so long. It's not my problem that it's a new thing to them. And the stuff don't even care. The mane get just looks at you and say nothing when you ask. The managers name is siphokazi.
