Bad service and no response from MR Price Home

Terrible service. I placed an order online for dining room table and miscellaneous items as a Black Friday special. Mr Price just cancelled my order with no notification. No I cannot get the order processed. They keep on telling me there is no order, but yet when I log into my online account the order number is there. It seems like they just don't want to process my order. I feel it is really unfair and that there is nothing I can do. Super frustrating. This is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth and I will think twice before every buying from them again. Terrible!!!!! I will be going to social media about this.
