Bad service and no managers

Stopped in at Mr Price Home the Glen. That is where everything went sour. Firstly I had to walk around and look for assistance as the staff where all in the front of the shop laying on one of the display beds they had made up with roses and flowers taking pictures. None where concerned with helping any customers as they where to busy taking pictures of themselves. Only one cashier was available. We inquired about the baby camping cot mattress advertised on the website. We where told they do not have in stock. We asked if they could check if there was stock at any of the other stores. At this point we where given attitude because she now had to leave her photo shoot. Amazingly the system showed they had in stock. She quickly disappeared into the back and returned with a mattress. at this point a Que had built at the tills and still only one teller. I asked for the Manager, Surprise, surprise i was told no manager was on duty, ask asked for the supervisor, well hell no supervisor on duty, I asked for the following contact details, The manager, I was told they are not allowed to give out the number all call them on a Sunday. I asked for the regional managers no and I was told they are not allowed to give out the number all call them on a Sunday. so where is the management staff. I was then advised not to be concerned about phoning head office or the managers as they where acting on Head office instruction to take pictures for marketing purposes, now this begs the question is corporate to broke to afford cameras etc that they have to rely on their staff to take pictures on their personal phones to market Halloween on the day??????
