BAD SERVICE AND BAD QUALITY

I bought a King size Goose feather duvet inner from Mr Price home for R1500.00 Naturally I didn't expect it to be bad quality and therefore I threw the packaging away. The quality is so bad that the feathers come out in batches and the ones that do remain are so sharp and pops through the duvet cover. My seven month old cant even play on our bed due to this terrible inner. I do have the receipt and tried to take it back to change it, but they are refusing to take it back because I dont have the packaging. They say they cant re-sell it because there is no packaging. So i have to lose R1500 because they sold a bad quality product. I am extremely disappointed with Mr Price as I have been a customer of theirs for many many years. I will definitely not support this store if this is the kind of service and quality of products which I can expect in future!
