Bad service

I placed an order which includes 4 items 2 weeks ago for store pick up. Only 3 items were delivered which I went to pick up, my furniture item is still outstanding till today yet I keep calling daily to track my order and I keep being told that they are escalating to the delivery logistics. I'm very disappointed in Mr.Price home this is totally ridiculous!!!!
