Bad Service

I bought a King size comforter at Mr Price Home Eastgate in 2020 around September. I only opened it this year and discovered that it was very small. I called and wrote to Mr Price Home and I was told to take it back to the store. I got there measurements were taken and after waiting for an hour while calls were made I was told that I will be refunded R8 for a comforter that I bought R499.00. I wrote to head office and they are just ignoring me when I write emails I'm told it was escalated to management who doesn't care to respond. That's how Mr Price Home treat customers
