Bad Service

A couple of weeks ago. I app**** to have a Mr Price Home account opened. Did the application via their whatsapp number. Then I got called and did an online application. I was told to send in my documents. Did that! Its been 2 weeks that I am waiting for them to get back to me. I get called and the phone drops. I call the call centre and the phone drops. No update on my application whatsoever.
