My order is out of SLA and customer service is not helpful. I am being told my phone goes to voice-mail but they dont want to provide couriers contact details. Order ***

12 Jun 2026, 10:52I have not received my order *** and courier company promised to deliver yesterday. Customer service team is not providing feedback since yesterday afternoon and this morning they said they have escalated and 2 hours later no update. Order was placed on the 29th of May
