Bad Service

I purchased a duvet cover in December used it for less then two weeks washed it packed it away last week as i iron it put it on tbe bed again i noticed the snitching is busy comeing loose.made contact with the Mr price via Facebook explained them what happened told them i dont have the slip anymore and told them were it was purchased.they asked me for pictures of the lable and my contact details.after days i asked them now was happening they rep**** they need the slipp.how unprofessional is that.....and i paid R699 for the cover
