Bad service

On December the 2nd I entered the store looking to purchase a couch. After browsing I found the ideal one and was looking for a sales person/assistant to help me with some questions. I could not find one. I had to walk around for an assistant whom was sitting with other staff members having a casual chat and joking around. After being helped eventually and purchasing the couch I then specifically asked to have it delivered on Friday the 4th of December along with other furniture I purchased from other retailers. I took the day off from work to ensure I was there. All goods were delivered the Friday except my couch. I phoned later the afternoon to be told that it would only be delivered the Saturday meaning I had to forfeit my Rugby sevens tickets to await delivery.
