Bad service

I have been calling Mr Price since last week . The service at the Call centre is worse 1st they take my money without my concern. Today I spoke to guy whom transferred me without making sure that I get through to the person they transferred me too. I called back and Lungile made me wait again and now she want to make me wait again. They now saying I signed at the store They spoke to the lady at Mr price store Wonderpark and she adviced the is no agreement between me and them. What the hell is this????????????. Some kind of a sick joke am so feed up with retail stores robbing off consumers as they have no idea what to do in the event things like this happen. For over a year they taking my money I want it back.
