Bad service

I specifically requested my account to be cancelled in month of end of August , immediately after settling my account , after standing in a long queue I ask a lady to assist and check if the account was closed as I have requested , she tells me it has not my account is outstanding with 15rands and was not close , I speak to a manager no one can assist me ? I need to take this further I am told the contact center closes at 3 with who's problem is it .. I will never work with mr price , worst retail ever and never practice tcf
