Bad Service
Hi, I recently opened a Mr Price Home account, approved and collected my card at Mr Price Home Northgate. I requested my account to be a 24 months term contract so I can pay less because of affordability. To my surprise, account is actually a 12 months contact and can't be changed to a 24 months unless I pay it off, close it and apply for a 24 months. What a lot of Bs service I'm getting. Had Mr Price Home consultant done the right the first time, I would be typing this complaint. Trust is, I can't afford to pay the minimum required payment for 12 months but I can for a 24 months, which I requested before using the account.
