Bad service

Worst service! Paid for express delivery on line because store was out of stock. Arrived 5 days later to query order. Tolsta still on its way. I. Must wait for it. Asked to buy the item off the shelf and get a refund on the one I ordered, and they won't do the refund tillage item I bought arrives. Absolute worst service from the call centre. Total disrespect from the staff. I will never purchase from them again. Completely unwilling to help. I must just come back when they decide to deliver the item.
