I had very bad experience at Mr Price Diepriver . I went to buy a Couch cash. The previous day before my purchase the staff memeber checked on the system saying the couch is not sold i should come the next day. the day after i went very excited to purchase the couch on display but before my purchasing they told me it sold. I have to go to canal walk i drove all the way to canal walk lastnight and spoke to the manager they advised that the couch at diepriver is not sold it is the Charlston 3 seater it shows that somerset west and tygervalley hasiy om display bit i preferred diepriver because its close to home in tokai . My husband even took half day because he has the bakkie for us to purchase the couch i am extrememly ****ed off because they wasted time and money. I called customer service and theh advised that the couch is sold. I stepped into mr price home today but the couch is stil on display . The shop is very ********* i am one of the most faithful loyal customers who loves shopping at mr price home but the experience i had was upsetting. i will never ever shop there again and will advise people not to.
