bad service

i purchased a product online order number ********** 19149

i never received the *****s with the item, so i sent a request for the return i was told by Samukelisiwe Mchunu from your online service team i would get the *****s.

this started the ********** to date i have received no calls, or feedback - i requested to even return the item but no courier has showed up to collect ? i cant return the item in the store as per your rules ? so what do i do ?

i tried calling when i key in my id nr they drop the call, i have been trying to call for 4 days now - no answer - no response to emails.
