Bad service

It's been 3 months trying to get the scanner to scan my items for my gift register at Wonderpark mall they always its either say the scanner is not working or was being used by the boss and now its brocken is it because am black or what?.can someone tell me how can I get Assistance with regards to this because I'm frustrated and the manager does not care even the cashier has an attitude I don't deserve to be treated like this
