Bad service

I purchased a racing car bed from the Hendrik Potgieter branch on the 11 July 2015, I was told to wait 15 days as they only work by order. Which I had agreed to and paid a deposit of R2000, and the balance would be paid on delivery. On Tuesday someone from head office called me and advised me that they did not have stock and that I now had to wait until Mid September sometime. I don't have a problem waiting ,however my son's looking so much forward to getting his bed soon. And now I have to give him the Bad news that his bed will only be arriving in the next 2 and half months. I THINK THAT'S APPALLING! ! because of this experience I will never ever purchase anything from them again. Still undecided if I should take my deposit back and buy the bed somewhere else.....
