Bad Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I made a purchase on the 11.06.2016 at Mr Price Home in Vanderbijlpark (Vaal Mall) I bought a 3 seater lounge suite and was told I will receive my lounge within two weeks.... A month has passed and I still have not received any couches... I am very upset because I need those couches as soon as possible. Everytime I contact them I can't get hold of the manager she is forever on lunch and the Sales person who assisted me tells me she will get back to me and never does...</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my couches or a full refund or I want a discount because I will take this further it is unacceptable and unprofessional.</p> <p>They should not advertise products if they do not have them in stoc****</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like for you to assist me with this matter because I am getting no joy from these people...</p> <p>The sales lady was Johanna Magosane.</p>
