Bad Quality of Product

I purchased 4 cushions at R 200.00 each, less than 2 months later they are all pulling apart. I want a refund as these cushions are terrible quality. I ordered the product online my ref number is ********** 16244. Given that they are lounge cushions they are not subject to extreme use and therefore for all 4 to be pulling apart is ridiculous. I sincerely hope I receive a refund.
