Bad quality of duvet set

I bought a duvet cover for R859! Within 3 washes, I washed it separate, the whole duvet and pillow cases was covered these little wool like *****. It felt as if the cover is already been used for years! I was so disappointed in Mr Price's quality for such an expensive duvet. I've sent a email to their customer service and until today no one has attended to my complaint. I've learned n very expensive lesson....NEVER buy a duvet cover from MrPrice.
