Bad quality linen

I drove 75km to Sandton City to purchase Linen and bedroom accessories for my kids rooms because of the branch having a wide variety. I purchased what I wanted with no assistance from anyone at the store. Every item I purchased was sealed and never been opened so I assumed all is in order. i kept it away until the rooms were renovated. Today i opened the items... the one microfibre duvet cover has buttons missing and is untidy, and the other does not fit as a 3/4 duvet and the buttons are sewn untidy and do not match up to the holes and it clearly states on the packaging 3/4 duvet. This is utterly disappointing because it costs me time and money to return / exchange the items. I am highly disappointed. I don't have any receipts > what do I do??????<br> I always purchase the cotton range and have a wide variety, now I doubt purchasing any more from Mr. Price home. :(
