Bad quality and high price feather down duvet

Good day,<br> <br> About one year I ago I received a double feather down duvet as a gift, purchased from the Centurion store. As of now, it has disappointingly lost at least 40% of its feathers and feels flimsy, certainly not doing it's job of keeping me warm. I would have liked to report this on the Mr Price website first but there's a restriction on characters typed (wonder why??). There's no point taking it back to the store now but furthermore, this is probably a fault that lies with all of your feather down duvets. It's not a cheap item to buy so one would hope for longevity and quality. I bought another feather down duvet from Makro at around the same time and could not be more happy with it's quality - and at a much better price!
