Bad Quality

I bought a duvet set at Mr Price Home. I've washed it once didn't even hang it outside and saw there was already a hole in the duvet. The stitching is also coming loose everywhere. This haven't even be a month back. I emailed the customer service and explained what happened. The matter would have been esculated... Still no response.
