Bad quality

I recently bought a rug from Mr Price Home, the rug was perfect as it matched my decor perfectly I now have this rug for 2 months and I am very disappointed as it looks terribly old the quality of this product is terrible its breaking and looks like its ten years old the price of this product is definitely not worth it, I have reached out to Mr price and have not received any response with regards to this matter
