Bad online service
I placed my order online on the 1st of May 2019, today marks the 7th working day and I haven’t received anything, online when I track my order it’s been ready for shipment for the past 5 days.... I’ve been communicating with their staff online and they keep on saying “they going to send a request to warehouse for shipment”
Which I don’t understand coz according to the website when you purchase it says delivery is from 6-7 working days, I need this to be sorted ASAP hence I will b traveling
I am very disappointed and will never again buy online with Mr Price Home
