Bad online purchases service
I made an EFT payment for my online order, last week Tuesday but till today the payment hasn't been allocated to my order. I've sent proof of payment and checked with mr price but they give me the same answer daily, how long exactly does it take you guys to process the payments? I always buy online from other stores I've never had such horrible experience.
