Bad Mr. Price Home online shopping experience

I made two very big online orders with Mr. Price Home on the 19/10. Received a message to collect one of the orders from the store I selected. I arrived on the 1/11 and both were actually ready (but I didn't get the notification/message). When the shop assistant/cashier handed the first box to me, we could hear something was already broken. She exchanged that for me while I was in store.

I then went home to open the rest of my boxes, and four other items were also broken. Most of them looked as if they were broken before they were even wrapped in its bubble wrap and packed. They definitely weren't broken in transit.

I returned it to the store today and got my refund. But I'm really disappointed with the quality if the items that were broken. There were other things that weren't great either but I really didn't have the energy to take it back, because by this time I was disappointed and found myself trying to defend Mr. Price Home to family members who had already warned me.

I just wanted to make you aware. It seems like no care is given to fragile products purchased online.
