Bad Delivery Service

My mother ordered a mirror for me from Mr Price Home for my birthday. I was very excited to receive this, as the product is stunning. I wish i could say the same about the service.<br> <br> Firstly, the guy phoned me when he was at my apartment block saying that he is here. I don't sit around my apartment the whole day, i actually work. Now i had to drop everyhting and rush from work to fetch my parcel. In the future i think for all people it would be better if they gave a heads up call saying they will be there in 20min so that the person can make a plan to get to their home in time for the delivery. This is what other companies have done that have delivered to me and it works a lot better. <br> <br> Secondly, after rushing to my place my parcel is standing by the security, but the delivery man is nowhere to be seen. So i wait and i wait. No delivery man. I finally phoned him asking where he is and he said the parcel is there, i just need to sign the paper on his clipboard that he left with security. Where he was, only he knows? Then i had to carry the parcel myself (which was quite heavy). This is very unprofessional and a very bad reflection on Mr Price Home.<br> <br> I hope that this service improves
