Bad delivery service

I always love shopping at Mr price home as I find their prices very reasonable and their stock fresh and innovative. However I would strongly recommend against their online shopping. I placed an order for curtains on the 24th of March to be delivered to the Tokai blue route branch. Expected delivery was 5 to 7 working days, it has now been ten if you don't count the Monday it took to process the order. I have phoned twice and both times I get the response of they are not sure when my parcel is due to arrive and when I log in online and try to track it it just says "no backstamps". In my most recent call with Mr price on Saturday (7th April) I was informed that the drivers would be contacted on Monday (two days ago). On Monday I was assured my delivery would arrive on Wednesday and yet today I have still not heard anything. When I researched the no backstamps message I see many people have had continuous issues with their delivery system. I believe it is the couriers they use and would strongly advise not to have anything delivered especially not if you are waiting for curtains before winter as I am.
