Bad delivery process

<p>I bought chairs from Mr Price home several weeks ago It was a special order so had to wait a bit. This morning at around 7am I got a call from the courier advising that the delivery will happen between 12 and 4 and that I will be called an hour before. I made plans to get out of work early and needless to say the time is 6pm and I feel like I have been the one harassing the Courier company. I called the head office and the lady was so rude she hung up the phone on me, I then called the GM, after that this lady called me telling me that she didnt actually hang up on me it was just a bad line she didnt even atleast try to apologise. This has been such a painful process dealing with MR Price Home. So she just said the drive will be here at 7, If they are not here, I am not going to accept the chairs as I planned to go out for dinner and I will want to get my money back. I will never buy any furniture items from MR Price, u need a courier company too.</p>
