Bad customer service Mr price home

Very Bad customer service from Mr price home. On the 12 may 2018 I purchased a toddler bed at super Mr price home at Boksburg, they told me their turnaround time is 3 to 7 days..then on the 20 the I went check if they delivered, still not delivered again on the 22 I went to check .. then later on 22 afternoon the courier guy called and told me that he is going deliver my order tomorrow then I was happy.. but then later chanice from Mr Mr price called and say the bed is been delivered at the shop . and from beginning the was no communication in terms updating me with the where abouts of my order.. they promised to deliver the bed in my house since the was delayed and I went the 3 time's to check-in .. am very disappointed as ..am having a Small baby Nd it's so difficult for me to drive the. 3 time..for nothing..I will rather cancel this order Moe's..
