Bad customer service

Terrible customer service from the Argyle Road Durban Branch. My wife and I went to purchase a dining table and chairs so we advised the guy working in the area to get us two chairs that we would like with the table. As he took some time to get back as he was pulling the stock, we asked a lady who advised her name is Thuli if they will bubble wrap the table for us, she advises my wife in a very arrogant manner that it is not her job and to check with the man we spoke to about the chair. As the man came back he advised us that there is no stock of the table I want and they cannot sell us the demo model. His service was quite fine however because of the lady terrible attitude we did not buy the items even though we could of ordered it and waited for it, this has happened in the argyle road branch before the customer service is terrible and the staff are very rude and arrogant. The last time I wanted to purchase a lounge suit and because of the bad customer service we ended up walking out as well.
