Bad customer service and non delivery.

I have sent numerous emails and even called their customer support line but still no resolution to my complaint. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, I received a damaged item was requested to email pictures which I did no response even today. The rest of my order has not been delivered and the delivery time 5-7 working days has lapsed. No communication, nothing!!! Order number ‪***‬
