BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTRA COSTS TO ME TO RECEIVE GOODS!!

This is the second review I am writing in concern to Mr price Home, they responded quickly when I wrote my first one, and they called me telephonically, in which I was promised a R350 Gift Voucher to compensate me for my losses, ( The Telephone call has been recorded so they can not deny this) At first I was quite shocked and happy at their quick response, it was almost to good to be true, and now it turns out that it was! They not only delayed in sending me the gift voucher, but now when it finally came to my email it is for only R35 and not R350 as promised! What am I supposed to do with R35?

Their Service is disgusting, and I can see by the amount of bad reviews they have that this is a constant problem! All I ask is that they honor their promise and show some customer care. I hope that this new review will have the same effect as my first and get them to correspond with me and not ignore their customers when they have issues!
