Bad customer service

On 19 January 2023 at about 13h50 my girlfriend called Mr Price home Galleria because she couldn't get through the number of mr price clothing. She was assisted by Nondumiso who informed her that she's not allowed to give customers the phone number of Mr Price clothing. The reason we called the store was to check availability of item instead of driving to the store and find out there's no stock. I then spoke to nondumiso who said she was going to Mr price clothing to get someone to assist. She made me hold the line for 30min and eventually I cut it off because nobody came
